Returns & Refunds

You can return products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
