Returns & Refunds

You can return products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal. You may inspect and test the products as necessary to check their condition, features, and function. If products are handled beyond what is necessary for that inspection and lose value, we may deduct compensation for the diminished value from the refund. Please return products in their original condition and packaging where possible.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
