Practice Pass rental terms

Practice Pass V1 is fulfilled by PeachMe Sports at PeachMe HQ Munich, Rosa-Bavarese-Str. 3, 80639 Munich. Pickup and return happen at this same address unless PeachMe confirms a different hub in writing.

Future partner venues may offer the same product as fulfillment hubs. The rental confirmation identifies the active pickup and return location for each order.

The rental window, machine model, included active machine time, pickup slot, return slot, rental fee, deposit amount, and assigned bundle are recorded on the rental order.

A standard bundle includes the machine, battery, charger, remote control where applicable, and the accessories PeachMe confirms during handover.

PeachMe authorizes a deposit after successful checkout. After return, PeachMe checks the bundle and itemizes any overage, damage, missing accessories, cleaning, or manual adjustments. Deposit capture is capped at the authorized deposit in this V1 flow.

If the return is clean, PeachMe releases the deposit authorization. Issuer release timing is controlled by the renter's bank or card provider.

For normal-use damage, the renter's self-liability is capped at the authorized deposit. Lost or unreturned accessories may be itemized within that cap.

Total loss, theft, non-return, intentional damage, or gross negligence may create higher liability under applicable law. Examples include leaving equipment unsecured in public, operating in unsafe weather after warnings, lending the bundle to third parties, or deliberate damage.

The renter must use the machine according to PeachMe instructions, local court rules, and ordinary safety care. The machine must not be used in rain, on unsafe surfaces, near bystanders, or in a way that could damage the machine, balls, court, or people.
