Delete your PeachMe account

This page explains how to delete your PeachMe Sports community account, run by TDF Labs GmbH (Rosa-Bavarese-Str. 3, 80639 Munich, Germany). It applies to accounts created in the PeachMe Sports mobile app (Android and iOS) and on peachmesports.com.

1. Open the PeachMe Sports app and sign in. 2. Tap the Profile tab. 3. Tap "Delete account" near Sign out and confirm.

Your session is signed out immediately and the request is processed straight away. If you are signed in on multiple devices, all sessions are invalidated.

1. Sign in at peachmesports.com. 2. Open your account area (Bookings, Orders, or Addresses). 3. Use the small "Delete account" link below the Sign out button, review the warning, then confirm.

This uses the same path as the app and removes the same personal data.

If you can no longer sign in, send an email from the address linked to your PeachMe account to:

We will verify the request and process it within 30 days. We may ask one follow-up question to confirm ownership before deletion.

When you delete your account, we immediately remove or anonymize:

- Your name, email address, and password - Linked Google sign-in identity - Your home venue selection and saved app preferences - Push notification tokens and device identifiers held in your account - Email verification tokens and login session tokens

After deletion you can no longer sign in with that account, and we cannot recover it. You may register again later with the same email address.

German tax and commercial law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB) requires us to retain certain business records for up to 10 years even if you request deletion. This concerns invoices, order records, payment records, and shipping documentation tied to past purchases or machine bookings.

Where legally allowed, these records are de-identified — your personal profile is detached from them — but the underlying transaction data itself must remain for the legal retention period. Once the retention period ends, the remaining records are deleted in the normal course of business.

Anonymized analytics and crash diagnostics that do not identify you (for example aggregate usage counts) may also be retained.
